Powerhouse Competition

Accumulate points in May and June:  May = Max Weight: Lift as much as you can in Bench, Squat and Deadlift.  June = Max Reps: Do as many push ups, pull ups and sit ups. Awards for top male and female competitors for Max Weight, Max Reps and Overall Champions.
