In an on-going effort to provide the best support to all of our NDW installations, we are looking forward to hearing from each of you, our customers, about how we can strengthen our Fleet & Family Readiness (FFR) Quality of Life (QOL) programs and services. In order to do this, we need to know how you feel about our programs and services currently, and any improvement recommendations you may have. To that end, we are hosting focus groups at each Installation, and have one taking place on Wednesday, May 31 at the Fleet & Family Support Center, Bldg. 214 on NSF Dahlgren. We are looking for up to 15 participants.
